I believe Deja's mirror of the IBM news server is unique.  I've read somewhere
that they have special arrangements with a number of "private" news servers to
mirror their newsgroups.  I don't remember how reliable that source was, though.
If Remarq doesn't have it, that's a good indication that it's not a generally
available UseNet newsgroup.
