× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

What is your OS in PC (Win/95 or Win 3.11)
What is your emulation card brand?
Most of the time I have faced this problem because of incorrect IRQ or
Memory conflict.
When you start the NS/Router it should create APPC controller if it's not
creating APPC controller that's mean you are not
able to reach to system.
