When you say 14 "Devices", do you mean 14 terminals?  All running dual
sesions?  If so, that is the problem.  Each dual sesion terminal looks like
2 devices to the AS/400.

  This is interesting.  So if I already have 14 devices connected I s/b
able to connect another 14?
