We have a printer which is capable of duplexing. It is IPDS and attached via TCP/IP. When I attempt to send a document to it to be printed in duplex mode, I receive the following message. I have a similar printer (IPDS) attached via twinax which does the duplexing fine - same spool file for both. Anyone know where this message is originating from - the printer hardware, printer software, or OS/400? Any ideas on how I can get this to duplex?
Thanks,
Dave
