she uses these ques as a storage facility or sorts...she refuses to print them
off or save them off to tape, etc...she's not real "agreeable" so we are trying
to accommodate her as best possible.

Do you know the reason that she keeps all these spooled files?
 Archiving them to tape/CD/Fiche etc might be a better solution, and
then restore them back to the new machine if their needed.

I know this has been addressed before.  I want opinions from 
those who have had
to do this before, please.  

I have a customer who has literally hundreds of spooled files 
in her printques
on her old AS/400.  She wants these all transferred to the new 
AS/400.  Is it
possible to do this in one lump as well as recreate all her outques and
printques in one lump?  

I know I'm asking the impossible, but if anyone has advice or 
opinions to share,
I'd truly be grateful!!
