I also have experience with Exchange, and at 5.5 it is a mature and very-full=featured product. platinum (exchange 2000?) is in rc1 now and I expect it will be a worthwhile upgrade. Never had a crash or any problem worth mention in 2 years; only shutdowns were for service packs, either 2 nt or for exchange. The point is that Exchange is a lot more than an smtp server, and MS deserves credit for spearheading an enterprise quality piece of software. Earlier versions (exchange 4 comes to mind) had a lot of limitations, but 5.5 is ready for primetime.
