Excellent!  I didn't know that my own city had so many 
local exchanges.  Not quite downloadable, but effective.

I don't know how far Ameritech services, but this web page does the lookup you
need:

     http://www.ameritech.com/service/call-lookup.html
                                                         
 "Enter your own area code and then your prefix, which   
 is the first three digits of your seven-digit phone     
 number. Then select Residential or Business line to see 
 a list of the telephone prefixes in your Ameritech
