 Try setting the job separator parameter on your output queue. You have to
change the output queue when no writer is attached (and you have to scroll
down past the first screen to find it). 
 If the separator is not to your likeing, there is a sample print exit in
the QUSRTOOLS shipped with OS/400 (I think it is called something like
"example code") that shows how to write an exit program to create a
separator page. If memory serves me there is an RPG example. I know there is
a C/400 example (I compiled and tried it -- the sample create a block letter
separator page like we used to get on OS/360 MVT and JES. OK so I dated
myself! It was pre-System/38!)
