F13 to change (the writer must be ended). Change the following parameter:
Job separators . . . . . . . . . 0 0-9, *SAME, *MSG
Job separators (JOBSEP) - Help
Specifies, for each job having spooled files on this
output queue, the number of separators to be placed at the
beginning of the printed output for each job. Each
separator contains information that identifies the job
such as its name, the job user's name, the job number, and
the time and date when the job was run. The number of
separators can range from 0 through 9.
This parameter is used only by the printer writers, all
other types of writers will ignore the value specified for
this parameter.
The possible values are:
*SAME
The number of job separators does not change.
*MSG
No job separators are placed before each job's output.
Instead, a message is sent to the writer's message
queue notifying the operator of the end of each job.
number-of-job-separators

positions 254 - 263 of the Status Data Structure will return the user name
of the job in which the program is running. In RPGIV the code would look
something like this:
D StatusDS SDS
D User_Name 254 263
