Note the message queue = qsysopr
and Delivery = *hold (which means hold it for response)

For some reason, messages sent to QSYSOPR are being auto-answered.  I've
checked the system reply list, and the message IDs in question aren't
mentioned.  Where should I be changing a setting to prevent messages from
being answered automatically?
