Scotty,
     I have had much success with the "IBM Page Printer 3116". It supports
duplex printing and can
also be attached to a LAN via RJ45 port. I believe the price was around 5k. IBM
may by this time have a
replacement for this model.

Subject:  AS/400 Remote Twinax Printer



Hi All,

Being relatively new to the AS/400 world, I have what is probably a very
simple question. We have the need for a laser printer to be twinax attached
to one of our AS/400s, through an existing 5494 remote controller. This
printer will be used for approximately three to four thousand sheets a
month, and must support duplex printing. Any suggestions what kind and model
of printer I would be interested in getting and where I could acquire it.
New and/or used is an option depending on cost.
