Ron, Well, you know your programming manager and I don't, and I have no way of knowing what his interactions with Softlanding were like. I only know that whenever I or anyone else at my previous employer called them, we were given quick, knowledgeable support. I also have seen instances of two people not being able to communicate with each other, even though neither of them ever had any problems with anyone else. It's hard to pin down the cause in such situations, and fixing blame, although somehow satisfying to our egos, usually doesn't help. As for the move thing, I hope it helps you out. Many people don't like doing that on a promotion (for all sorts of good reasons), but that's what my old home-made promotion system did for ten years so I looked for TurnOver to be able to do that if necessary, and of course it does.
