You need to contact IBM direct, or your local friendly business partner.
 It will cost about $2550, as the 2130 is a P05 processor group.  That
is just for the OS.  With PDM, a compiler, SQL, Query, you are looking
at $6-8K for software.
(Did the research, decided not to buy at the auction)
