I thought the following applied to Midrange-L regarding Attachments: A) We are not supposed to send any attachments to the list. B) If we did send an attachment, David's wonderful list software would strip it out. Since we have received 2 different attachments this morning (at least they were small), The first is not being adhered to and the second is not true. Is it possible for the list server to strip attachments? This is not only a bandwidth issue, but also a virus issue. If we do not get the attachment, it makes it hard for virus's like Melissa, Good Times and others to prorogate via Midrange-L It seems that both of the attachments would have been good things to put on the Open Source site.
