I agree with David. We are one of those vendors who occasionally respond to requests for information. I try to keep it simple and to the point. I also try to give information for those who want to create their own solutions. We've also benefited ourselves from vendors posting here - I hate to think how much time we would have spent creating CD build software. Instead we picked up a package for about $200 that works like a champ.
