Phil,

There is a midrange-jobs list that is the appropriate forum for
discussing the job market.

AFAIK, vendors on this list may mention their product if 1) it address'
a posted need for a solution 2) they identify their vendor status or
affiliation.

If you've been with the list for a while, if a vendor gets a little
carried away, they too receive a few slings and arrows.
