Our financial folks use Crystal Reports and Crystal Info. We set up the data
dictionaries for them (to do the links and make common calced fields and
then turn them loose on it. The tutorial in the book is FANTASTIC! If more
companies put as much effort into their tutorials then I am sure support
costs would be dramatically lower.
