RE: changing field descriptions

Oh they understand all right.  They just don't want to be bothered!

One big thing I have learned since making my utility available on the
Internet is how surprised and grateful people are when you do nothing more
than answer their questions eagerly and quickly, and fix the bugs in the
product whenever you can.  Many people have commented that they wished they
got my level of support from the products that have to pay maintenance for.
I find this to be a very sad commentary.  I hope it's an anomaly.

of EZVIEW that we

Questions about it were

                create/change date and time.  You should report this problem
to EZVIEW and
                Questview's authors, like others did to me with WRKDBF.
