Bill, This problem was reported to Help/Systems, the EZVIEW people, in 1996 by one of the programmers who worked for me at the time. The release of EZVIEW that we installed in the spring of 1999 still had the problem. Questions about it were always met with "just do the manual refresh and you'll be fine". I don't know if they don't understand the problem or if they just don't want to bother with it.
