Not abdicating 100% service level but a reasonable knowledge such that a huge Toys R Us thing does not repeat itself within e commerce. Strategy is good customer awareness is good. Unhappy customers or unpleasantly surprised customers are not good. I beleive Sharper Image believes in a very positive type customer image and policy.
