Define "work"?

Will the upgrade take?  Yes, apparently for 70 days.

Will you be able to use it?  For 70 days, then you'll have to call
IBM and explain that you stole a copy of their operating system,
and now your machine won't operate.

And, even if there wasn't' the 70 day limit, it is illegal.  And you should
by no means do it.
