Well, frankly, it seems kinda strange for them to tell us we have floating
point opts then to pull the plug on them.

I've got some currency and other financial models that I run from time to
time that should benefit from REAL FLOP vs FAKE FLOP...  This is why I'd
like to know how to turn that flip that bit on!

...Geezuz, come to think of it, if you're running the neural net package
you're running at a MAJOR disadvantage....
