Go into Settings, Control panel, and then click on the Client Access icon.  It
will tell you what VRM that Client Access on the PC is.  The service pack (PTF)
must be of the same VRM that CA for Windows is. If memory serves me correctly,
Version 3 had V3R1M0, M1, M2, M3, and V3R2M0.   So matching is a must.
