Client Access Service Pak SP's Version, Release Error -- MIDRANGE-L

I am receiving error message "SP's Version, Release and 
Modification (VRM) must be at the same as the installed product's 
VRM", when updating a client access service pak on top of CA for 
Windows/95 Version 3 on a new Windows/98 operating system.  This PC 
is being configured for the first time using a 5250 Express PCI card 
on TWINAX.

Does anyone know what level service pak should be installed over CA 
fro WIN/95 Version 3?

Any assistance or direction would be much appreciated...
