I don't like being threatened by companies that want me to do business with them. It has got to be the stupidest marketing approach that I've ever had the displeasure to be on the receiving end of. What kind of relationship are you creating with your customer when he buys from you because you have threatened him? (Hint: ask Microsoft, many of their customers are now called "government witnesses") Infringing on registered marks can be a very big mistake, say like about $250 an hour...
