Per Roger's mention in the "Software Vendors" thread !!!! I am now (and have been for the past year and a half) at a MUCH smaller company than I used to be and price increases like IBM is proposing are going to go over like the proverbial lead balloon !!!! Everyone increases prices but these seem ABSOLUTELY out of line. Just another reason to make us wonder "WHAT the heck are folks at IBM thinking ????" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This seems like a lousy way to make up for poor marketing efforts. They REALLY need to get a group of us together to explain to the powers that be (and I figure the AS/400 division knows what's going on - it's the Gesetner-heads/wannabees that are the problem) WHAT the problem it, what the issue(s) is(are) and WHAT needs to be done !!! This is getting to the point that it is almost surreal... :-( JMHO Chuck +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
