All due notifications and complaints have been made accordingly.  All
precautions for the future have been put in place, in case a CE decides to "drop
by" again.  The manager wasn't in and no one there dared to argue with IBM.  You
have to remember that some of our customers don't even know what a space bar, so
in their minds, someone from IBM is a putergod and not to be argued with.  

Anyways, customer is not bending on this one and wants it turned off.
