Vijosh, No offense meant. I specifically did -not- name any particular country or people (other than US programmers) on purpose. The point I was trying to make, is that outsourceing code development is happening and it happens because it is cost effective. And you are correct in that the 1:24 ratio is a monetary example, not a reflection upon the number of people -needed- to do the job. Even a 1:2 cost ratio allows for a company to hire two people to bounce around ideas and cross check each others work.
