David,

From News400's NewsWire email I got on Friday:

GET YOUR UPDATED SOFTCOPY LIBRARY HERE
 http://www.news400.com/nwn/StoryBuild.cfm?ID=934
For a limited time, you can order a kit containing an updated V4R4
AS/400 Information Center CD-ROM and an AS/400 Softcopy Library CD-
ROM for the nominal fee of $5.95, which is only what it costs to
cover shipping. This new version includes manuals not available when
the library was produced for general availability. The library is
also available as a download in .pdf format. To order, go to
 http://www.elink.ibmlink.ibm.com/pbl/pbl and search for product
number SK3T-2027-02. To download the manuals, go to
 http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/online/10eng44.htm .

Go to the www.elink... site to search for the CD-ROMs for purchase.

However, Luther has already indicated that this offer may not be available
outside of the U.S. Don't know if IBM's charging regular price for product plus
s/h outside the U.S. or if the shipping charges for international destinations
are just too high. Sometimes it seems, for all the "global" hype, IBM doesn't
seem very global.
