V4R2 WDWTITLE keyword syntax problem

What is the syntax for putting text on the bottom border of a window?  I can get
the WDWTITLE keyword to compile with the *TEXT, *DSPATR and *COLOR keywords,
which will put the text centered on the top border of the window, but I have
been unable to get SEU to accept any of these V4R2 keywords:  *TOP | *BOTTOM |
*RIGHT | *CENTER | *LEFT.

This works to put the text in the top border:
WDWTITLE((*TEXT   '1=Select Attribute');  (*COLOR WHT) (*DSPATR GRN))

This is not accepted by SEU, nor will it compile if I override the syntax error:
WDWTITLE((*TEXT  'F12=Cancel'); (*BOTTOM) )

Removing the semicolon or changing the order does not work either.  Help!
