The built in products that you could look at are data propagator and remote
journaling.  Lakeview uses journaling to mirror.  It seems that you could
journal the files on both machines and after they are both online chain to the
files and add, delete or update based on journal information.

Gee, it sounds like a cake walk.  Do you have a data propagator expert?
