How are you attempting to view the file? You should be able to use DSPPFM. 
You can see all of the commands that display things with GO CMDDSP, all of 
the database file commands with GO CMDDBF, all of the physical file 
commands with GO CMDPF. Pick a TLA. You can usually guess a menu name that 
will get you there.
