Hi, Just a simple Question here.. I'm a virgin AS/400 user and I recently started to look at our AS/400 here which is the most under utilised system this side of the Atlantic (Europe). We run all our applications on a virtual system/36 on the box. That aside my question is when I transfer a file from a P.C. to the AS/400 which has a record length of 307 long and then try to view the info in the file I get a message which says " record length greater than 240" . How do I get around this? Regards, Stumped... +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +--- +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
