Hi,

Just a simple Question here.. I'm a virgin AS/400 user and I recently
started to look at our AS/400 here which is the most under utilised system
this side of the Atlantic (Europe). We run all our applications on a
virtual system/36 on the box. That aside my question is when I transfer a
file from a P.C. to the AS/400 which has a record length of 307 long and
then try to view the info in the file I get a message which says " record
length greater than 240" . How do I get around this?

Regards,

Stumped...
