    Last week's PC Week had an entire section on ageism in the 
industry, including one example that REALLY burned me.  It seems that 
some companies are using automated resume scanning software to 
EXCLUDE anyone who has the word "COBOL" on their resume!  I'll spare 
you all most of the rant, but I was just incredulous at this one.  I 
guess if you've ever used COBOL, your brain is full and you can't 
learn anything else...
