A couple of thoughts:  Use the AS/400's IFS and have the file FTP'd into the
Root\home\user and map the drive & directory onto the user's PC.  Another
possibility would be to have names on the nameserver and FTP to the name and
let the name server find the current IP address.

I am trying to write an AS400 CL program to automate file transfers to the
PC for my users from the AS400 side. We do not have static IP addresses, so
FTP is out. I am attempting to use the following command:
