We have been using DBX from Dynax Resources for a lot of years, since the
S/38 days. It served us well for a lot of years and we liked it a lot but
they no longer update DBX, so it has virtually no use in an ILE RPG shop.
DBX knows nothing of modules, service programs, etc. We are looking to
replace it. Don't consider DBX in your evaluations.

Subject: Reference tools

Hi all,

We're looking at a few programming reference tools, (TOTAL/400, Abstract
Probe, Hawkeye), and would like some input, pros/cons, ease of use, etc.
pertaining to the tools used/using. TIA.
