I have used Hawkeye and found it to be a very nice tool. Menus are easily
navigated and designed so that you can always break out of nesting directly
to another top level menu. Reports are well designed and have always
provided me with the information I was looking for. If you have
questions/problems, the people on the other end of the phone are pleasant
and know their product. Naturally, some of the jobs are very long running.
I've seen documentation jobs run for days. Having never used any of the
other products you mention, I'm not sure if this is a con or just an
unavoidable evil for this type of product.
