Well, every company I have worked for the quarter fell on a month
divisible by 3, no matter where the year end was.  That is, year end was
one of Dec 31st, March 31st, June 30th or September 30th.

So, even if there wasn't a system value for it, I could of still used it, just
keeping in mind that if my year end is June 30th and I ask for the 1st
quarter, I am actually going to be getting my 3rd quarter.

But, a system value for QYEAREND would work for all scenarios I think.
