I think you are referring to the LINK400 utility published by Midrange
Computing back in Nov 1989.  If so, you can get it off their webiste
at http://www.midrangecomputing.com/mc/code89.cfm or maybe try
http://www.midrangecomputing.com/ftp/prog/89/B891104.  This is just
the source, not a SAVF.  You will have to compile it.
