In the COMMON utility library there is a command that I wrote called 
DIALUPCUST, which allows you to dial up to any customer who uses IBM's 
STRRMTSPT command.

Two gotcha's:

1.      It assumes that your network attributes are set up properly.
2.      There is an error in the documentation describing how to use IBM's 
STRRMTSPT command.
