Have they done the UPDATE function from the AS/400.  If you can make this 
happen, this will generally force the software on the PC's to update and work 
properly.  The 400 will usually attempt this after an upgrade.
Where did they come from?  If it was V2, the problem could be the QDLS 
directory being slipped in the middle of things.

Here's an odd one that a friend needs help with, and
maybe somebody out there has an idea:

A company recently upgraded to V4R3 of OS/400.  They
are using PC Support on some DOS machines.   The PC
Support is using the "shared folders" function.  Apparently, the function
is not operating properly
since their upgrade.  They are using some of these
PC's at remote locations, so they are trying to avoid
travel to replace the machines with updated systems. The problem has been
directly related to their
upgrade, so they are wondering if someone knows of an
existing problem and a fix.  The workstation function
works fine on these PC's.

Anyone got any ideas?
