As I understand it, you can call IBM Direct and order the PTF. The last time I went to do this to order a CUM tape they wanted to charge me $75.00 to order it, then the cost of the PTF. Understand, $75.00 was just to talk to them on the phone to order it. There is a way you can do it by fax where you don't' have to pay the $75.00, but I don't have the fax #, sorry. Maybe 1-800-IBM-4-YOU will give you the number, if they don't charge you $150 to talk to them. The really sad part is, the anti-trust lawsuit placed against IBM years and years ago is about it run out, that is, parts of it already have become null and void, and in something like 2003 all the rest of it will.
