Add a field called member name, or USERID since your member names seem to be based on the users. Then you can use only one member and other more efficient means to select a group of records, especially if you have an index over this new field. Multi member physical files are harder to deal with. I only use them for archiving old data that does not need to be access much. i.e. history by period. Christopher K.
