Damaged object are hard to fix.  Try removing while in restricted state
during a manual IPL.  I had to do this for a damaged journal receiver
attached to QSXJRN.  Hope this helps.

I have softcopy library of AS400 books, and find SC41-5439-02, but still no
luck.
I think the problem is mainly because the storage space is damage, but there
is nothing I can do to remove it from the system. The system always telling
me damage storage space is still in use, even after I re-install with
changing the NWS name.
The messages are;


11=Remove link    msg:  network server storage link not found
4=delete                 msg:  storage space  UNNT4004 in use
5=display               msg:  storage space UNNT4004 is not usable

I wish I can solve this problem, before installing the ERP package. 74% DASD
utilised just because damage storage space!

I am in 720 V4R4

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

When the server was varied off, it would not allow you to use option 4
when you did WRKNWSSTG ?

Do you have the book OS/400 - AS/400 Integration with Windows NT Server
SC41-5439-00? on page 75 there is a description of using the DLTNWSSTG
command, it may allow you to do it that way. You may need to unlink
first however pg 74. If you still have no luck, read the section on pg
47 that deals with reinstalling the server, in particular the note about
network drives.
