× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We used the Idata box with a Lexmark printer and have the same 
problem that was discussed in a previous post.. 900 Software 
Error. We've not been able to fix this problems despite numerous 
phone calls.  It's been better, but the problem still occurs.   

To prevent the output from being lost, we save all our reports and 
delete them on a weekly basis. 

Numerous firmware upgrades were marginally successful.
