I had the same problem and have never been able to resolve the problem. Neither Lexmark or the other vendor (who makes the twinax attachment) were no help. Same thing....... update the firmware. I will say that it doesn't happen as often. We've learned to deal with it.... and now on that particular outque we save(*yes) everything in case something happens. A weekly clear of the outq takes care of unwanted files.
