I also found another reason to "trust" as/400 SMTP...

One of the messages I need to be notified of is CPF0907, serious storage
condition may exist.

Unfortunately, SMTP uses SNADS and SNADS shuts down when this condition
occurs.

I have also notices periodic failures noting DIA failure x201.  x201 is
Internal system failure.  No other reason and dspdstlog does NOT show the
error.  I definitely would like multiple routes out my /400.
