Just some minor corrections:

The start year is 1928 not 1980, and the time is 12:03:06.315.

The 1024 microsecond increment is correct for IMPI; for RISC it's
8 microsecond increments (uses the high order 49 bits vs IMPIs use
of 42 bits) though some of the older MI manuals for RISC releases,
due to an oversight, continued to indicate 1024.
