Yepppp.... But HOW does the operator at the 400 make the call ??? Vary
on the controller ?? Vary on the Line ??? We got the V25bis modems on
both ends(7852-400) so that's not a problem...

Regarding frame relay... we are lucky if we can get a decent dial line,
frame relay has not appeared in this part of the world just yet...
